Hello and thank you for your question!

If your bid to Royal Up wins and you succeed in getting an upgrade to a higher cabin category, then the perks of the new cabin should follow. That includes getting a Genie.

Before answering your question, we contacted Royal Caribbean in two different countries. And the answer was the same for both regions.

However, as we do not know where you are located, we recommend that you contact Royal Caribbean to verify the rules for your particular booking before deciding to Royal Up. Rules can vary by region, and can change at any time. Good luck with your bid!
